退款政策
SummitSki Tour – Refund Policy
Effective Date: 13 Sept 2025
We understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made with SummitSki Tour (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking with us, you agree to this policy.
1. Deposits

All bookings require a deposit (amount stated at checkout or invoice).

Deposits are non-refundable, unless we cancel the tour (see Section 4).
2. Cancellations by You
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at info@summitskitour.com. Cancellation charges apply as follows (unless otherwise stated on the specific tour page):

More than 60 days before departure – refund of amounts paid, less non-refundable deposit and any unrecoverable supplier costs.

31–60 days before departure – 50% of the total tour price is refundable.

15–30 days before departure – 25% of the total tour price is refundable.

14 days or less before departure – no refund.
3. Changes by You

Requests to change travel dates, names, or services may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Some changes may be treated as cancellations and re-bookings (depending on supplier policies).
4. Cancellations by Us
We may cancel a tour due to reasons outside our control (e.g., severe weather, minimum group size not met, supplier closure). In such cases, you will be offered:

A full refund of payments made, or
-
A credit or alternative tour option.
We are not responsible for additional costs you may incur (e.g., flights, visas, insurance).
5. Force Majeure & Ski Conditions

Refunds are not provided for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

Skiing and snowboarding are weather-dependent. Refunds will not be issued if certain ski runs, lifts, or facilities are closed due to weather or operational decisions by the resort.
6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Currency exchange fees, bank charges, or payment processor fees are non-refundable.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or ski-related incidents.
